Schröey and Mouser does not entertain returns, we thoroughly check and ship every item to make sure that it is in perfect condition for the end user to use. We understand the fact that a fraction of the buyers might not like the product; to account for that, we have uploaded all relevant information pertaining to the products on our website; customers are requested to conduct thorough research before placing an order as request for returns after a customer obtaining the product will not be accepted.
Please make sure that you have relevant proof (video graphic or photographic in nature) in case the product is damaged. If the customer relationship management team is convinced that the product was damaged in transit, only in that rare case will we resend a new unit to replace the one damaged in transit.
In most cases, we do not provide returns and exchanges as our pieces are fragile and can succumb to breakage while being sent back to us by the customers. Moreover, our pieces are inclusive of shipping from our end. Therefore, in case a return is mutually agreed upon, the customer has to cover the shipping and damages (if any) during return shipping.
